Suzanne joined AFH in May 2022 as Chief People Officer, with over 20 years of HR experience and 16 years working within the Financial Services sector.

Suzanne is passionate about the employee experience. Her role focuses on maintaining an inclusive and supportive environment for all AFH employees,  providing opportunities for colleagues to develop, whilst also enabling AFH to achieve its wider business aims.

Outside of work, Suzanne enjoys spending time with her family, walking and travelling.
